To answer your first question, the fastest character in MHA currently is O'Clock II. He's from MHA Vigilantes(Which is confirmed to be canon). His quirk Overclock turns him into a true speedster to the point that bullets are at a standstill. He can only use it in short bursts, because overuse will deprive him of oxygen. That's pretty much all I can say without spoiling Vigilantes. You should read it if you can, it's pretty solid.

Endeavors design is... fire. A lot of characters have good designs honestly.

Honestly if they adjust the ranged meta at all he goes straight to s tier in my opinion. He's got the easiest combos with beta and air melee attacks comboing out of alpha. And if you focus level gamma it's not so much a hindrance if you stick to hit and run style tactics. Pop gamma cause some big damage with combos and betas and run out before gamma runs out to refresh shields.

a,a,b combo is insane and b,a,b combo too but is hard to land!

Finally the iida gameplay the characters movement always feels exhilarating

I main eida but never get teammates who understand what I'm trying to do i really just hit and run and go for getting back revived players but these bozos are soo damn dumb

When I play tenya I prioritize maxing his beta as the tracking and damage on it is really good makes getting rid of the guard way easier allowing me to setup alpha juggles

You should try ilda in ranked people are not ready to see him running and geting away so easely because a lot of bakugo rely on auto aim that they cant simply rely on their aim and when you are ilda you find them realy quiclky

Deku aside, i think tenya would get out paced in a foot race by Mt lady cause she cheats. and possibly also by Rumi Usagiyama, the rabbit quirk user, with legs like hers? she could definitely out pace ida. Especially given how she outpaces several high end nomu for a while. in his prime his brother probably also out paced him obviously. and technically Neito Should be able to copy enough speed enhancing quirks including Ida's own quirk to outpace him. or by that same token, All for one should be able to outpace ida given his ability to keep pace with all might. and of course any high end or maybe even mid level nomu should out pace his running too. given that the first nomu we see was able to speed blitz literally everyone besides all might with running speed alone. something ida was unable to do.

Theirs been a glitch sometimes when you teamates dies it shows you were your teammates card is but when you get there it’s not there I’ve only seen this happen when your near the middle of the map
