He def needs a way to turn off recipicro burst. Just like kaminari can stop before he gets dumb

You can actually dodge roll during gamma burnout. the rolls are slower but could still potentially help you dodge or cover distance.

Ive been maining tenya since release and i just now saw this and noticed ive been playing him all wrong lol. Ive been a rat. Recibro burst for me is only when teammates are down, or when i need to escape and feel like i can escape. I do level up beta to max first and just hit people with it once or twice and spin ninja away. I rush for team items and revive cards and use him essentially as an guerilla ambulance.

I’ve been using him since game came out and I havnt seen anyone use him at a high level so far in my experience. You forgot to mention how OP he is at picking up Allies in middle of battle and getting away to a safer position. I saved my buddies so many times and won the game because of it 😂😂

Not sure anyone has mentioned this but you can hold onto a level up card and use it to level up before reciprocal burst ends to cancel the slowdown period.

Every character can run up walls with the sprint skill card. The speed boost card.

Here are all combos you can do with iida Combo 1: Melee x3. Combo 2: alpha--> Melee x3 (Only when the enemy has sp and the move hits somewhere at the end of the move.) Combo 3: alpha-->alpha-->Melee. Combo 4:alpha-->alpha-->alpha. Combo 5:alpha-->beta(when hitting sp shield) Combo 6: alpha-->alpha-->beta(when hitting sp shield) Combo 7:alpha-->beta*(mid air). Combo 8:alpha-->alpha-->beta*(mid air) (*=If beta is on cooldown you can use melee) Also edit: I think the beta to alpha thing has been fixed because I can't do it. But when you play Iida there is only one thing you should know. STAY AWAY FROM KIRISHIMA.

I'm not a BR player at all. I'm just not a fan but dude..... This game goes so hard imo. I know royal rumble came out before this but I never tried it but it's the same concept with abilities and no guns. But my wife is a huge MHA fan and I saw this on the Xbox store and downloaded it on both of our consoles and turns out we both enjoy it a ton. Iida is my main so far and this video helped a ton. After the first patch, definitely seems like Tenya is growing in meta. A lot more teams have him now

I use recipro burst in most fights because i keep check on the percentage its at, when its low i run off and hide for it to wear off

the best way ive found to just get damage at the start of a fight is 2 alphas into 1 beta high damage leaves you with 1 beta and 1 alpha to get out which is p much all you need against most characters. edit there also just seems to be a hard limit on combos of 3 hits max, which does suck although lida would be high s tier if the case

My combo for Tenya is beta -> beta -> alpha x3 . And also for this to work I wait until the enemy gets up again and the invincibility wears off

yo, what do you think about Alpha, alpha and then beta combo? I think is good when you have alpha and beta well leveled up to do some nasty dmg. Also, think Im going to try the alpha, alpha, and then punch so I can save one more skill cd. thank you for the video, nice techs!

I've been having issues with his Alpha ability, it's just not locking on to enemies in range and I go hurtling past them

When I am the only one left on the team I love downing one person and kicked the down person into another team it normally drags the other team and I run heal up and watch and wait for my chance to strike. It kinda funny how many solo wins I have gotten doing this.
