@@bagasg1492 Not to brag, but I live in one such penthouse costing more than 20 Crores in Gurgaon, and have other property like this, a penthouse, in Mumbai ( Malabar Hill) too costing above Rs 120 Crores. What I have honestly believed is that the grass is always greener on the other side. These houses may be heaven for you, but for us and those who are used to such luxuries, these are just another Home. I personally envy those wine yard estates and NYC penthouses.. Keep working and you will definitely afford to give theses luxuries to you and your family. Best wishes!

Our precious and non precious metals are exported to more than 55 countries globally. Regarding turnover, we touched Rs 1500 Crores in the FY 19-20. Though I don't know exactly, our net family Profit (after taxes) is about Rs 150 Crores /annum.

Watching today the 16 April 2021 and the current situation says due to corona virus many near and dear ones died and seeing friends and near ones hospitalized and now wondering houses no matter how costly they are of no use without people in good health .anyways great architecture

My current dream is to move to a better locality than where I stay at present so that I can give my family better living standards . Once I achieve that will set the next goal

Not necessarily. In the cities of Delhi and Mumbai, how would you build a 'mansion' in 20 Crores? It's only possible in backward areas and locations which have poor gentry. Like in GK South Delhi- One of the poshest areas of Delhi, a 10000 sq land would itself cost more than 40 Crores presently.

In south Delhi the land of 400sq yard would cost 16 crore at 4 lakh / sq yard. In that you build 5 lantern , thus you get stilt parking with 4 floors thus parking area 3600sq ft and living area 15000 sq feet . Construction cost with interiors will be maximum 2 cr. Total cost of project 18 Cr.

@Trading Wizard great idea, nowadays Noida , Noida extn, greater Noida and Gurgaon are becoming more preferred place to live than Delhi as they have more amenities less pollution, more wider roads and infrastructure but most importantly lesser price.

What about maintenance charges how much ?? Even if they give us this luxurious penthouse at free of cost , we still cannot afford its maintainance charges , which will be around Rs 4-5 /- per sqft so for 15000 sqft apartment it will be around Rs 60,000-75,000 /- per month .

@@sierrahhofzon3878 this house is in India and in India 90% of them pray at homes. Hindus perform puja and Muslim women perform namaaz at home. it is better if there is separate prayer room. Also most of the Indians don't drink. then what is the necessity of bar?

Everyone around me prefers praying and meditation over drinking and injuring their bodies, minds and souls and waste money for mental satisfaction. Also i guess there will be no problem for people like you if we replace any one of the bar by puja room because in that case people who prefer and love to drink can drink in the bar and people who prefer to pray can pray in the prayer room
