I love By Kilian. Single Malt, Back to Black and Angels' Share are my favorites. I find Angels' Share to be similar to Ambre Narguile, but they are different enough to own both.

I have a sample of Smoke for The Soul, it's the only Kilian I have tried and I really liked it, as a brand never caught my attention, but I know I'm going to get in trouble if I sample more, so for now I'll stay away 😆there are many things that I want first, but I trust your taste and I know I will like this one. The one that I'm more interested in is L'Heure Verte. Thanks for the Unboxing Marc!!!

Angel’s Share is a good fragrance overall. But, there’s something about the likability of it and the ambery gourmand aspect of it that makes it seem common and generic. I think people also like it because it projects. Another thing I don’t like about this one is that it has a bitter almost glassy metallic thing going on which can be found on something like Divine Vanille by Essential Parfums which smells so much like Angel’s Share and the sweet part of Herod. Looking forward to hear your full review of this. Thanks for, ehem, sharing!

I love Kilian. Back when I used to be able to afford fragrances 10 years ago or so, I got a free sample of a few Kilian. They were Back to black, A Taste of Heaven and Straight to Heaven, and boy oh boy, Straight to Heaven made a lasting impression on me and from that day to now I have never forgotten about that fragrance and vowed to buy a full bottle, and finally I will soon be getting a bottle. Kilian for the win for me.

By far my favourite from Kilian. And yes, it reminds me of both Ambre Narguile (which I own) and Jubilation XXV by Amouage (I had a sample). The absinthe one from the Liquors is quite interesting too, the others smell a bit too alcoholic for my taste, I wouldn’t like other people to think I’ve been drinking vodka or something.

I have the French Montana version of Angels’ Share, and I do think it’s much better than the regular. It’s supposed to be no different, but the notes aren’t exactly the same.

@@robes08: : Fragrantica shows the French Montana version has hazelnut in the middle notes, but the original AS doesn’t show hazelnut. But even if the notes are supposed to be the same, the French Montana version simply smells smoother to me. Others have mentioned the same thing, and there are other vids on RU-vid that mention the difference. Kilian says they are the same, just a different bottle, but they don’t explain the hazelnut note difference.

Funny how you mention it is more like a Cinnabon because for some reason, this fragrance comes across like warm bread on my skin from the samples that I've tried, I don't know why. But there have been a ton of clones and inspirations and hype all around this fragrance and what you've described is 110% on the nose, as all the DNAs remind me of Oajan, Boucheron's Ambre d'Alexandrie, Boss Bottled Intense, etc., but as you said, this is more cinnamon forward. I thought that it was an "okay" release, but that's because it doesn't necessarily work on me much. Good overview!

I like Ambre d'Alexandrie and Khaltat Night better, they can also be found at least three if not four times cheaper per ml than Angels' Share. Didn't understand the hype around this at all 🤷‍♀️

On paper, it's straight up the filling from an apple strudel. 😂 The booze is what comes out on skin and differentiates it from the clones. And the projection. Stuff is a pusher on me.

@@robes08 yeah I bought it, then went to Macy’s and found a Tom Ford that smells almost the same just not as strong. Nonetheless, I turn heads when I wear it.
