ইয়াংসি নদী চীনা জাতির মাতৃনদী। এটি এশিয়ার দীর্ঘতম নদী। ইয়াংসি নদী অর্থনীতি এলাকার উন্নয়ন এবং প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ উন্নয়নে চীন কী কী ব্যবস্থা নিয়েছে এবং কী ধরনের অগ্রগতি অর্জন করেছে? আজকে এই বিষয় নিয়ে কথা বলবো। ইয়াংসি নদীর মোহনায় তথা নান থুং এলাকায় ইয়াংসি নদীর বিশেষ মাছ ফিনলেস পোরপাস পাওয়া যায়। টানা দুই মাস ধরেই এখানে মাছের আনাগোনা দেখা যায়। এদিকে, নদীর তীরে বসন্তের ফুল ফুটেছে, বসন্তের আমেজ চোখে পড়ছে। ইয়াংসি নদীর তীরে ফিনলেস পোরপাসের দেখা ও বসন্তের ফুল উপভোগ করা ইতোমধ্যে স্থানীয় মানুষের সবচেয়ে প্রিয় কাজে পরিণত হয়েছে। অথচ, এই সেদিনও এটা ছিল দেশের বৃহত্তম গন্ধক-বিনিময়ের জায়গা; এখানকার সর্বত্র ছিল দূষিত পানি। স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা চু পিন জানান, কয়েক বছর আগেও তারা নদীর তীরে থেকেও নদী দেখার সুযোগ পেতেন না। কারণ, তখন ইয়াংসি নদীর তীরে অনেক ছোট জাহাজঘাট ও কারখানা ছিল। নদী দেখা তাই ছিল কঠিন কাজ। ‘নদীর তীরে বাস করেও নদী দেখা যায় না; পানির কাছাকাছি থাকলেও, বিশুদ্ধ পানি পাওয়া যায় না’-অনেকটা এমন ছিল অতীতে ইয়াংসি নদীর তীরের সাধারণ মানুষের ধারণা। ২০১৬ সালের ৫ জানুয়ারি, ছুছিং শহরে আয়োজিত ইয়াংসি নদীর অর্থনৈতিক এলাকার উন্নয়ন আলোচনা-সভায় চীনের প্রেসিডেন্ট সি চিন পিং যৌথভাবে সংরক্ষণের কাজ করার প্রস্তাব দেন। তিনি তখন ইয়াংসি নদীর অর্থনৈতিক এলাকা উন্নয়নের জন্য নিয়ম ও নির্দেশনা দেন। প্রেসিডেন্ট সি বলেন, ‘আমরা ইয়াংসি নদীর কাছে ঋণগ্রস্ত। ইয়াংসি নদীর প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ নষ্ট হয়েছে। দৃঢ় সংকল্প নিয়ে পরিবেশ উন্নয়ন করার সময় এসেছে। চীনা জাতির দীর্ঘমেয়াদী স্বার্থ বিবেচনা করে প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশকে শীর্ষ স্থানে রাখতে হবে এবং সবুজ উন্নয়নের পথ বাছাই করতে হবে।’ এর পর থেকেই ইয়াংসি নদীসংশ্লিষ্ট প্রদেশ ও শহরগুলো নদীর প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ পুনরুদ্ধারকে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ হিসেবে গ্রহণ করে। ইয়াংসি নদীর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এলাকায় দশ বছরের জন্য মাছ ধরা নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়। সি ছুয়ান, কুই চৌ ও ইয়ুন নান প্রদেশে প্রাকৃতিক ক্ষতি পূরণের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়, যৌথভাবে ইয়াংসি নদীর উচ্চ অববাহিকার প্রকৃতি সংরক্ষণ করার উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়। মধ্য-অববাহিকার হু পেই প্রদেশের উ হান শহর ইয়াংসি নদীর পরিবেশ রক্ষায় শহরের দূষিত পানি যাতে ইয়াংসি নদীতে না-পড়ে তা নিশ্চিত করে। আর নিম্ন অববাহিকার শহরগুলো যৌথভাবে নদীর প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণের কাজ করে, পরিসংখ্যান শেয়ার করে, যৌথভাবে চেষ্টা করে। এর ফলে ইয়াংসি নদীর প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশের আকাশ-পাতাল পরিবর্তন ঘটেছে। ২০২০ সালের ১২ নভেম্বর চীনের প্রেসিডেন্ট সি চিন পিং ইয়াংসি নদী পরিদর্শন করেন এবং এ পরিবর্তনের প্রশংসা করেন। তিনি বলেন, ইয়াংসি নদী অর্থনৈতিক এলাকা নির্মাণের মূল লক্ষ্য ছিল পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ করা, বড় উন্নয়ন করা নয়। উন্নয়নের পাশাপাশি পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ করা এবং সংরক্ষণের পাশাপাশি উন্নয়ন করা-এই নীতির ফলে ইয়াংসি নদী অববাহিকার বিভিন্ন স্থানে পরিবেশগত ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন ঘটে। সি ছুয়ানের থিয়ান ফু নতুন এলাকার ৭০ শতাংশ জায়গাকে প্রাকৃতিক জায়গা হিসেবে নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। এ জায়গায় কোনো দূষণ সৃষ্টিকারী কোম্পানির প্রবেশ নিষিদ্ধ। নদীর মধ্য-অববাহিকায় চিয়াংসি, হু নান, হু পেই-এই তিনটি প্রদেশ অবকাঠামো, শিল্পের উদ্ভাবন এবং গণসেবাসহ বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতা করে উন্নয়নের চেষ্টা চালায়। নিম্ন অববাহিকায় চিয়াংসু প্রদেশ নদীর তীরে এক কিলোমিটার আওতার সব রাসায়নিক শিল্প-প্রতিষ্ঠান বন্ধ করে দেয়। ইয়াংসি নদীর হাই মেন অংশে অতীতে অনেক রাসায়নিক শিল্প-প্রতিষ্ঠান ছিল। এখন জায়গাটি একটি হাইটেক শিল্পের উদ্যানে পরিণত হয়েছে। এতে দুই শতাধিক জৈব ওষুধ প্রতিষ্ঠান আছে। এখানে বিভিন্ন হাইটেক কর্মীও ছুটে আসেন, যা আগে কখনই কল্পনা করা যায়নি। চীনে একটি কথা আছে: আমরা সবাই একই নদীর পানি পান করি। তাই আমরা যৌথভাবে ইয়াংসি নদীর সৌন্দর্য রক্ষা করি। একটি নদীর পানি পরিষ্কার হলে, বিভিন্ন শিল্প সমৃদ্ধ হতে পারে। এটা নতুন যুগে চীনের সবুজ উন্নয়নের চেতনার প্রতিফলন। (শুয়েই/আলিম/জিনিয়া)
The way of Kevin is great! I also know another way to take screenshots, guys: Press Windows button + G, then many symbols appear and find out the symbol "Camera" and click on it to take a screenshot. The default folder is located in Videos/Captures.

I used to work at a help desk. One user would sometimes take a photo of the screen with his phone, email it to himself, print the email with the picture on a black & white printer, then bring the printout to the help desk. Oh, and his office was just 30 seconds down the hall. Gotta love help desk stories!
I have been using GreenShot for the past 6 years because it have various of these features, but I’m going to test ShareX. I liked ShareX automatically apply the effects. Thanks for sharing, Kevin!
@@deirdremacnamara I'm still adapting but don't feel the need to go back. I configured it to behave similarly to Greenshot (same file names, folder, etc.) Miss the feature to capture the last region. I use a lot the OCR to get a text from images.
LOL, I was scratching my head at the intro. I thought, are you kidding me? This is only the second video of yours that I've watched so maybe humor is common, idk. I just watched the one on how to turn on dark mode. So far I have learned a lot of very useful information, and the description section is fantastic.

Is it possible to screenshot an image on the hp laptop and kind of let the image stay on the PC screen where you will be able to move the images and place it anywhere on the screen without typically screenshoting the image and it vanished afterwards. Can you offer any tips??

Great video, but for someone like me who does not have the luxury of Windows 10, what can you suggest I do on Windows 7? To capture a screenshot, I use ArcSoft PhotoStudio. I am struggling here, any feedback you are willing to share, I would sure appreciate it! Thanks.

I love and use ShareX since a couple of years now. Pretty cool feature for support requests is also the recording of animated gifs! You can record a tool bug that occurs when you do a bunch of clicks and just upload to the support. mpeg files are large, gifs are small and supported by almost any messenger or ticket solution. Since then first level support was never able to say ‚I can’t reproduce this‘! Bulletproof bug reporting! 😉

Thanks for the info! Had to laugh at the screenshot via mobile phone. I do that to avoid emailing a file to myself-is there an easier way to get the print screen image to my phone? BTW: I saw no video insert “above” at 5:25, because I’m casting to my TV. Is there a setting you or I can change to fix that? I find it weird, because the video inserts at the end of videos appear. Ideas?
Hello Kevin. I have windows 10, when I bought the laptop it came with a folder, screenshot, I use the window & PrtSc key's. when using these 2 key's it will click taking the screenshot, only I cant find the screenshot folder, in my pictures. Thanks.
1:26 Kevin, u r saying the opposite, in laptops "usually" pressing Print Screen eky will only take screenshot. BUT in Desktops (separate keyboards) we need to press Fn key!
Depends… usually laptop keyboards have a smaller layout so the function key helps consolidate keys. Although I have seen the function key on desktop keyboards as well.
@@KevinStratvert the function keys is there 2 provide "two" functions with a single function key. For eg. Pressing f7 will increase volume, but pressing fn + f7 will do some other thing... So usually main functions like volume, brightness ... things are done without pressing fn key, & other r done with pressing fn key. Pri t screen also works without pressing fn key (mostly). Also sometimes key has written with blue colour & which means it is binded with fn key. Ita very confusing 😥😥
the snipping tool is not working for me after the update, well it works but it does not capture the whole screen. I'm using two monitors btw. it used to but after series of update idk what happened.

For a year now I've been frustrated following microsoft instructions HOW to take a screenshot on windows 10 - Searching google I was getting the SAME instructions - Soooo clumsy after using windows 8 screen capture button..... This morning I Tweeted my frustration hoping someone would come back with an easy option (They didn't) ..... and NOW! i've just opened RU-vid and Here You ARE! with this video - without any prompt from Me! .... @@Hortster Thanks. The data is actually from a desktop application. Tastyworks desktop application, to be specific. They also have a browser websire, but I prefer the desktop. I'm try to scrape stock price data into Excel. :)

Windows has a much easier tool now called Snip & Sketch and you simply have to select your screen inside this to grab the screenshot. Took me only a few seconds!
