hi Guillermo, I do not know if you can use it within Power Automate if you don't have the ability to put in a password. Hi Nathan, sorry for the delay. Were you able to resolve this? Very hard to know why you only have one without seeing the flow. In the step where you are getting the Bookings, make sure you do not have anything in the Top Count field? If there is anything there it would filter the number of Bookings being found. Also making sure that the Create HTML table sits outside of the Apply to each step, otherwise it would just overwrite your data each time.

Never mind, figured it out. I think copy and pasting in the expressions messed with the code. I copied the flow and started over and it worked.

@@MeganVWalker Hi Megan! Thank you for your reply, the blog post helped me go a bit further. I'm still hitting all kinds of weird problems, but I won't bother you with them, I want to pound at it a bit more before asking for further help. However, I have a "conceptual" issue with the flow that you created: the three steps that set the variables are not inside a loop, so how does Power Automate know that it is supposed to loop through all the bookings? I know you are using the Body, which is supposed to contain all the text from the bookings, but logically I would imagine that that command would only get one value, not several. That is one of the problems I'm having, when I run, I get only the last value from the body, not all of them; that is why I'm asking this question. Thanks again.

@@ValJor I wonder if it's because she's using the parameters for today's date with times. If the booking happened today, it will populate.

@@mauriciovalencia7300 Olá Maurício! Thanks for replying. After I posted my question I did a ton of experiments and eventually found out the solution to my problem. In reality, the three set commands are inside a loop. At 7m20s we can clearly see that they are inside the Apply to each 2 block. I had failed to notice that.

This is just what the meeting request looks like from a calendar. No coding or anything is done to get that information Rob. If you do appointments that could have more than one person in it, then it will not display this information though, so quite a big distinction between the two!

Hi Cody. Yes you should be able to do that. If you want to populate a new spreadsheet you can use the create CSV table action and use that in the same way that I populated the HTML table. Then you can email the CSV file using the outlook connection and send an email. The attachment would be the output from your CSV step and you can call the file whatever you like in the name, then add .CSV to the end of it

If you are trying to update an existing file, it will need to be in OneDrive or SharePoint, with a table already in the Excel file with all of the headers. You would then need to use a create row step to add in a row for each event found. Hope that makes sense!

@@MeganVWalker Okay awesome. Our ultimate goal is to have a Bookings entry populate an existing spreadsheet and then have that data uploaded into GetResponse to begin our auto responder so just piecing it all together.

@@MeganVWalker for some reason, I do not see the Get Bookings option in Power Automate? More than likely something I am doing wrong but cannot seem to locate it.

After adding the calendar and choosing edit, I'm not seeing any of the custom fields. Is there a trick I missed?
