I love your videos. Can you give me your opinion on the million plus market vs the 400k market? Seems like we are talking about two very different scenarios when you have more buyers buying in cash that don't care about the interest rates as much. Just wondering if you have any thoughts on that.

High prices and High rates means no competition. We were the only offer and were able to close late June this year without having to out bid other buyers.

Need Minneapolis agent here. Do you have any resources or guidance on cma price adjustments for our area(I.e. difference in # of bathroom, # of bedrooms, house stories, etc.)

I’m 23 living at home still and starting saving a little more than a grand a paycheck it still doesn’t feel like I’ll find a house east of 35e. I live in lake Elmo now and there’s no way I find a house around here.

I’m 19 years old and been looking to get a house. Something around 200-300k been building credit and plan on renting a room or 2 to buddies but I am in no rush. Have talked to a lot of people and can’t decide if I buy now or keep waiting and saving up. Would like your thoughts. Thanks!
