Do you have any recommendations for accurate websites that depict crime and safety for neighborhoods and suburbs?

I have yet to find a solid one-stop-shop for crime reports across multiple cities, but you can always search for a specific city's police dept and most will tell you how to find their crime stats. You can also use Niche .com which can give you a good general idea of how the crime stats rate - though you won't see specific numbers of types of crime that happen. Hope that helps!

I believe it was due to appraisal issues if I can recall correctly, but it's been quite a while now. I was so broke then too... could have definitely have been part of the reason too. Way more ambition than dollars! 😅

@@LivinginMinnesota Don't know. It is not about taste. It is about provided actionable or useful information. Your first house buying session videos are more like watching a therapy session during a crazy time where you reflect on a kid (you) and all the mistakes you made. 99.99% of people are not going to find themselves in that situation. My suggestion for improvement is to watch other videos that are doing what you are trying to do.
