You’re a real inspiration Kaelyn. Your “back to school” reset is really on point. I am really happy for you than you can include teaching as part of your PhD skills, I think it is a very powerful tool that allows to learn patience and force to have a clear mind to explain the concepts. Will you be releasing an updated version of your Notion template based on these changes you're implementing? I just purchased the template and am customizing it for me, but I REALLY love some of these changes, such as the daily/weekly tasks and priorities, and your additional subpages. One of my professors would keep several cardigans in a drawer. When we would speak in front of the class, she would have us put one on. I've carried a cardigan with me ever since! It can be easy to forget that we need to reset every now and then. I don't think that burnout is talked about that much.

This is really inspriring, I'm also excited to go back to school! I am a 3rd semester Master's student in Global History in Berlin :) Not sure yet if I want to pursue a PhD after but you make it sound really fun. I focus on medical and social history. I have ADHD so planning and time management are kind of difficult, so I'm looking for systems that fit me.
