It would have been nice if you would have included the demonstration of how to install/uninstall receipt holder which came in the box on the scanner.

Thank you Sean for your prompt answer. I already ordered it. I hope it won't let me down...Few thousands pages to scan. May I ask you what is the best scanner for heavy work? Thanks again :)

Hi Adbullah. That's great. I hope so too. What do you mean by 'heavy work'? Could you estimate how many pages per day? The expected daily duty of the iX16000 is about 1,000 pages per day. You can go over that and it's fine but it just means that you may be required to change the consumables sooner (the rollers). It is recommended that these be changed every 200,000 pages or if you notice that it's not pulling the paper.

Hi Andy. It just slots in. Put one side in first and then it sort of flexes and then you pop it into the slot on the other side.

@@SeanDillman ours is the black one and we just can’t see how it goes in. Do the normal photo guides need to be all the way out. It doesn’t just pop right in for us.

Hi @@andyeippert1111. Did you get it figured out? It is difficult for me to describe in words. You will know that it is inserted correctly if you can close the scanner with the guide in (or at least I think so). I'm on vacation right now and away from my office so I unfortunately don't have my iX1600 in front of me.
