I really like the fact that you don't get the real Arceus but a clone/piece of its self, that it made for you. which begs the question is every event Arceus a clone of the original?

I’m of the opinion that evey member of the Creation Quartet you catch is essentially just an avatar of the entity in question. Which leaves the Legendaries themselves free to do their god jobs while alos having fun helping kick the snot out of trainers

in my opinion. not only arceus but every single legendary does it(or arceus does it for them). once you throw a ball at it arceus immedietly creates a clone and you catch the clone. the legendary runs away. since if you actually caught legendaries who will maintain balance? suicuine purifies water. so without him everything would get ruined. maybe the suicuine goh caught was a clone.

@@GigachadHGDYDBHDB Not quite with Suicune. Suicune isn’t REQUIRED for water to be purified all over the world. It only insta-purifies water it touches. Humans can filter water manually to purify it. Just like Entei isn’t REQUIRED for the formation of volcanoes-Groudon and Heatran can do it just fine. Besides, the Beasts aren’t venerated as divine. At the end of the day, they’re just pokemon ressurected by Ho-oh.

Honestly the way they make the legendary fights actual fights makes it a lot more interesting than having you send out a pokemon to fight because we both know that legendary pokemon could easily kill you if it wants to

I’ve never finished the Pokédex, this is about to be a load of work Update: I am now almost half-way Update 2: Currently at 171 Update 3: Only 33 to go One last update: I only have 9 to go. I’m so close I got Arceus! Edit: you just need to catch all the Pokémon! You don’t need to get them to RL 10. Some Pokémon can only be ‘caught’ through evolution. Such as the porygon line

Dark souls is horrible all it does is piss me off till I have a headache and want to throw the controller I don't get the hype over that. tho this damn arcus battle is having the same effect I still haven't beaten it I can't even get the first health bar gone wish he was just a normal stadic battle.

@@fluffycamo i can only seem to drop Arceus's life gauge by 5 points before it kills me, and I can't even dodge his energy waves, plus every time i back out, i always click "continue battle" & 'Keep progress" so the progress gauge gets reset automatically even when i tell it not to!!!! 🙄😒😮‍💨😑

Ok, that symbol on the floor is the same as in the Sinjoh ruins event back in HG/SS, where you have Arceus creating Dialga/Palkia/Giratina. That´s pretty cool!

I thought of a way to manipulate Arceus’s type changes. You would need fodder pokemon in order to make it work. One might work but maybe a second in case one of your Pokémon dies and you need to fodder another Pokémon to manipulate judgment. For example if I used a decidueye and arcanine. The bait would need to be a fire type for decidueye or a water for arcanine. Either or both. For example a random growlithe, or a random magikarp. Battle starts, and you send in growlithe. Arceus will likely use the water plate growlithe is 4x weak to. It dies and you send in decidueye and use your best grass type move strong style. Now say decidueye got a good chunk of health but died to a fire type judgment. Then you send in magikarp to fall to a grass type judgment. Then arcanine comes in and a strong style flamethrower or whatever you’ve got will hopefully finish Arceus. What u all think. Clever?

Am I the only one who’s stuck on this battle? I can’t even get 1/4 of the gauge down so that I can save the progress for the next attempt. I'm about to go into my 15th attempt to get Arceus. Also, to get him in BDSP, you need to catch him in this game. EDIT: Before I could throw the 1st balm, he broke space and time. I wish there was a gyro motion, like in Snap. Make it easier and I don't have to mess with the camera angle changing when I dodge

Any chance you could do a video on how to select items for battle wheel. And put them in order you want. I got a problem where ive got 2 slots full one with ultra ball and one with sticky glob. 3rd wont let me put anything in even though was oran berries which i discarded. Annoyed as wheel wont let me put items in priority order.

It's really tough to make the perfect Arceus set. And thanks to the mints you don't need to reset this one... I was thinking about a Timid Arceus with Calm Mind, Recover, Judgement + Quick Attack. The last attack depends on personal preferences: An attack like Magical Flame to reduce the opponent's offensive power, Quick Attack for chip damage and attacking twice in a row Swift for an guaranteed hit or Steel Beam/ Draco Meteor to outdamage Judgement. It doesn't need a physical set BUT you can use a neutral or a Hasty (> Naive) nature to play everything at anytime.

Running v1.1.1 and each time I fainted it just gave me the option to resume the fight with Arceus’s health down to the level that it was at the time I fainted. Kinda killed the point but it was 4am and I wasn’t gonna complain

You didn’t understand the question. He was referring to the legend plate that lets it use all typings at once. When u use judgment, it’ll change to whatever type the opponent is weak too. What OP was trying to ask was that would the legend plate work like the protean ability, where whenever it uses a move, would it change type to the type of the move (example: if you used an ice type move would it become ice type) Back to the original question, I don’t know, but I don’t think it’s the case.

Arceus' type change only upon the use of judgement. He stays in the type he changed to until he next uses judgement. The type he turns is based on what is most effective on the opposing pokemon followed by what is most resistant against the opponent's primary(IE first type). For example, against a water type he'd go into grass and not electric. Agaisnt a Murkrow who is primarily dark, he'd go into fairy instead of electric. So in short his typing is what is most super effective to what he is hitting followed by factors such as if that type resists. In Abdahlla's video we see Arceus change into dragon against Paklia despite dragon being weak to dragon. What I think happened was that since Palkia's primary type (Water) has no super effective moves against it due to its secondary dagon typing, Arceus moved on to what is most effective to the secondary typing which is dragon or fairy. But instead of fairy type he chose what is most resistant to the primary type (Water) which is also the dragon type.

Not getting it because I refuse to cater in to Gamefreak's greed. I just now found out after essentially beating the game, without catching Arceus. I hated SWSH and didn't keep it and have gone through at least one switch since then and want able to transfer data because Gamefreak doesn't believe in data transfer, because they want to be greedy. Even if I were to go back and get ORAS or XY, I won't be able to get the legendary Pokemon that were obtainable via event distribution, such as Hoopa, same with USUM and their final one as well as Magearna, Volcanian, just to name a few. Or Marshadow.

what's the point of all the plates if the legendary plate gives you all their typing anyways. It not like you have to do anything for the legend plate either. You get to use it when you use all the others LOL
