Guys.....learn to answer your viewers. Not just "like", but actually interact with them. This "disconnect" caused you a potential double 20' rig sale. No one wants to do business of this caliber with a company that does not connect or respond to its customers. Let this be a lesson.

@@kimmartinez9680 door lock was missing, few lights I had added extra was missing, lights on rear of trailer was wrong just a few small things. Torsion axles is a must. Pulls like a dream

Yep, that fully loaded TURNKEY BBQ food trailer has everything EXCEPT, there is no charcoal grill and no smoker to cook the BBQ on.

Good barbecue cooks a loooong time. No one is smoking brisket for 14 hours in their trailer while customers are waiting. They do that at their brick and mortar or commissary location the day/night before. The only reason you need a smoker on your trailer is if you're doing a lot of poultry or want it to look and smell pretty while not being useful. That's how I do it anyway.
