@countryqbbq5727 I really like the idea of the prep metal over the sink. I am ordering a custom 8.5x28 with 8' porch and a papa beck. Doing it as a feeding homeless ministry 1 or 2 days a week and for profit 3 or 4 days a week, God called me to do that last August and I said yes but he had to make a way for me to get it. Well let me tell you my God is faithful and it should be ordered by the end of next week. I am so pumped to show the underprivileged God's love through a great meal and pouring into their hearts. This is great stuff. Thanks for sharing your do's and don'ts. In hindsight I wish i would have gotten a fully contained trailer. If you get a chance you will see my set up. It's great but I'm always exposed to the elements and putting up tarps for shade. I spoke to my wife about it an we may sell my trailer and take the plung. Do you recommend a trailer builder that encompasses the things you've shared in this video?
