I have to say theres one tool you forgot.. its FLEX .. great tool , great support, and as master user very nice i think you guys know that. I have a CMD MASTER FULL, Autotuner and Ktag all genuine , and thats about the coverage i need for bosch, Siemens. I think if you get into this business you want it all .. its like buying shoes hehe tip for people that really do logging and get the best out of your cars! hp Tuner is a brililant logging tool! not to forget vcds but i think thats very clear to most people.. and if were talking about stuff like that, dot forget bflash... its mighty expensive but its defintely worth it if your doing R&D take care

Question is, on cars from 2000 to 2010, how do you know if it can be done through the obd port? My research says they are mostly bench.

There are two other super powerful tolls not mentioned.Fg Tech also called Galetto. Original costs 4000 euro and it has all. Bdm,boot,obd, bench ex. It has also trucks and bikes and boats. Other tool is Magic motorsport Flex. It also do all in one unit . Price around 5-6000 euro

how about the flex or stage x remap software from maagicmotorsport? is it good? how does it compare to other brands?

I use cmd flashtec obd only for vag. AT is also on the list to have. Whats you opinion about magic motorsport flex? Hear some good and bad things about this. But good for cloning tcu

Absolute bollocks about Alientech tools just as good as dimsport both tools have stuff the other cant do. I have all the tools mentioned, guess which tool never gets used, Dimsport. I use Kess ktag cmd flash, and flex as the workshop tool never get stuck.
