I recommend you go fast on all your walking sections if you want to reach the 10K mark! The only breaks I take are between rounds! Check out my calorie burn in the description box! Enjoy!🤗🤗🤗

This workout was AMAZING. I discovered you by accident, and what a fantastic accident it was, I thought I was fit, until I done one of your workouts on Tuesday that looked "easy'" Ha! Wednesday I could only do some stretches, Thursday, I done some light walking, yesterday I decided to give my muscles a break, and today I thought, let me give this one a try. I'm not winded, but I've worked, tomorrow I'm sure I'll feel it. I have gone through your videos and you are my new favorite person, I was getting lazy with my old routine. You have enough content to last me a lifetime. So grateful to have found you. I love your music and your black and white demo before the workout, really helps get the hand-eye-body coordination going when you have two-left feet like me. Thank so very much

For my reference: Finished 4 rounds.... my heart felt like it was going to explode lol!! Sweating like crazy. 4,334 steps and 245 calories burned.
