Well my trainer doesn't believe in lunges. He told me just to do different variations of squats. I think this qualifies! Loved it!! 💪♥️

Workout #2: That was a party from start to finish... I actually did the first rounds helped my mom and then came back for the second round... wowza... Before this workout I did the other workout posted today which was knee friendly cardio... So far I have consumed 56oz of water today towards my daily gallon... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 229 calories... I am going to do some wrist free yoga next for like 25min after I take a little break... Who else is Sweaty Betty or Sweaty Teddy ? See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉
