Yay! 2nd one today. I love all the walking workouts I've done so far. If you ask me, yours are the best walking workouts on RU-vid. Some are just too serious, some are too aggressive, and some boring. You got it just right. Walking between each new move is great. If I'm energetic I can jog. If I'm tired I can use the walking as a resting/moving slow down between harder work. I want to thank you. You are helping me get back in shape and it feels great! 🥰

A lighter and a heavier person could both do the same workout, but the heavier one could burn less if they go slower... Treadmill burn is inaccurate if it's not connected to your body and you haven't uploaded your personal data. I don't know about the 20% part ..
