I just want you to know that you are my favorite YB trainer. I used to dread exercise videos because they were labeled knee friendly videos, but were actually wrecking havoc on my knees and made me feel exhausted but not in a good way. I LOVE your videos because they are actually labeled correctly and I don’t feel exhausted to the point where I am drained. I feel refreshed yet drenched in sweat. I actually feel that I still have energy to go about my day (or night) after having burned +500 calories with your exercise videos. Please keep up with the videos and soon you will have the number of subscribers that you deserve 🤗

I will try this tomorrow, just tried 3 times the fast walking for weight loss.. and it was not so tiring and I sweat at the same time.. my Friendly knee was so happy too!😂

Great workout! Like the walking and cardio sections! The hour goes by quickly. I got 8000 steps and 3.5 miles. Says about 387 calories per my Apple Watch :)

It's really up to you. Some people do 4-5 every day. Others do just one. As long as you are feeling energetic, you're ok. When you start feeling tored, take a day off and recover.
