Omg time flew by... I already consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 431 calories and completed 3,763 steps... Today's green smoothie is spinach green cabbage pineapple banana strawberries and then seeds blended with water... I'm going to do some yoga then go outside and relax with my mom for a bit... See You All Mañana For The Next Fiesta 🎉

Loved this workout! I just discovered your channel yesterday and I’m looking to follow all your knee friendly workouts daily…moving forward…as I have Osteoarthritis and I was really starting to feel bad coz I’m gaining weight from not moving. Perfect workout to start the week with.. I wore my ankle weights for rounds 1 & 3 and used my 450g handweights for round 2, and 1kg dbells for round 4... Worked a treat.. Thanks Andrea 🙂

I have a question, i see a lot of your workouts have squats. I’m not able to perform them due to a back and knee injury. Instead of looking for a new workout overall, how can I modify those workouts with squats in them? I really love the Walk and tone workouts due to dumbbells And they are the hardest ones to modify due to squats.
