Hi BurpeeGirl. I really enjoy these 45 minute full body toning with cardio workouts - sometimes I like to use dumbbells and sometimes just bodyweight. I'm 66 years old with lumbar disc protrusions. Your workouts are safe and effective.
🥵🥵🥵wow, that was a bit of a challenge for me this morning! I’m a 51(almost 52yr old), overweight woman with rheumatoid arthritis. Never in a million years did I think I’d be able to do your workouts. After about a month of doing them I can’t believe the difference in my flexibility and mobility! Sometimes I have to slightly modify some moves because my joints just won’t move that way but most of the time I can follow and keep up. Thank you so much for helping me improve my life. You’re amazing 🙏❤😊

So many things: To people new to cardio! Every move you make focus on the target body part. If you’re bringing your arms up then down, think about your back. When you’re running in place & pushing your arms out, focus on your triceps & forearms! Oblique/ab moves: literally THINK about the body part your working. Studies show that makes your workout more effective! This hit all the spots 🥰 For you Andrea, since you’ve said you like when I mention moves! 11:05-12:05: one of those moves that requires thought & side-to-side movement. Having the mind be forced to think harder of what your doing improves the workout! 12:40-14:20: LUNGES! 🥵🥵🥵and to a knee! I always love those “combo moves”. I remember years ago when you focused on MISS mostly, & when you’d add an occasional lunge I was like noooo! I’ve noticed you adding them here & there lately, but today it was unapologetic & great! Glad I’m being forced to do them 😂 26-26:45: Always love when you put full on plie/barre moves! I know you do sometimes but this was full on & I loved it. Lastly: 27-28: always love when you put in kicks. Such a great cardio move. I know I always say this, but this really is one of my favourites. VERY challenging but still so creative. Great stuff my lady ❤❤❤ Ok my heart rate is still at 101 (spiked at 162, resting heart rate 55 lol,) so gonna add a bit longer of a cool-down. 😂😂😅💕
OMG WORKOUT COMPLETED 🔥 I was so exhausted and my legs burn so much I could barely do the cool down lol. My body is dripping sweat like never before. I got through the first 3 rounds without pressing pause but by round 4 I was pausing the video after each workout to get an extra 5 seconds to breathe lol. I loved it as usual thank you so much It's honestly amazing how the time flies by.....it doesn't ever become tedious or boring. I'm very grateful for all you do Andrea ❤ Much love as always from Trinidad. Edit: Today I'm sore but mostly Hamstrings. Definitely felt it. ❤ Whole lower body sore 😅
O importante é perseverar, jamais desistir. No começo, quando passei a seguir o canal, mal conseguia acompanhar, dependendo do exercício, parecia que a professora estava em câmera rápida. Fazia o que podia, imitava do meu jeito. Com o tempo, repetindo, estou orgulhosa da minha capacidade de superação, quase consigo voar 😁 Agradeço, agradeço com todo meu coração🥰
