So this pole is the Beatdown Outdoors "The breakaway" transducer pole. It is a great pole and I love it. Unfortunately that is the last video with it. The problem I had is that it really needs through bolts to hold to the deck (the mounting plate) and I cannot reach that area to put them in. On the last boat I was able to reach it and could run down the lake with 3 foot waves and it would stay strong and not move. I have hit some hard waves and now have 12 screw holes in my deck, 8 of them from where the wave caused the mount to rip out. Other than that, it is an amazing pole and I still support them and recommend it, if you can get through bolts in (basically a bolt, with a washer under the deck and a nut holding it). I have a new video coming out this Friday with my new pole. It mounts to the trolling motor or works off a mount like I have in this video. I do not want to give any information away until the video comes out, but let me say it is AMAZING! Again, The Beatdown pole is simply amazing and if you can get through bolts in, or if you are not hitting rough water going as fast as I am you are golden with that pole. Hope that helps you!

Great video. Sorry about your "fur baby"! I know the feeling oh too well. had to put my little yorkie down over a year ago, the pain is still raw my friend! What Creek were you fishing, would love to check it out.

Yes it is hard for sure, especially when only 3.5 years old. I am not sure on the creek name but it is the river side of Lake Conroe.

Yeah but ya’ll have other good benefits there that we don’t have, clear water being first. On a good day on my lake I can see almost 12 inches but last time I was at the bar and it was dirty I could see almost 7 feet down. Totally different type of fishing that is amazing.
