⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: VARIABLE
🔥 WEIGHT: I woke up this morning at 198.6
⚖️ MACROS: I’ve been averaging a bit higher than 4k. Likely a bit closer to 4,200.
💪 BODYFAT PERCENTAGE: My personal InBody is 18.2% as of this morning.
🏋️♂️ STRENGTH MARKERS: Strength is improving significantly week after week. This is every evident across all of my primary compound movements. This is likely due in part to the higher intake but also increased sleep.
💦 CARDIO: I am staying at level 15 on the stairmaster for 25 minutes once a week. I don’t feel like my cardiovascular conditioning has taken a hit whatsoever despite the added weight and bodyfat.
🚽 GI IMPLICATIONS: No issues.
🧂SODIUM: Around 8,000 mg/day. Potassium has been around half that intake.
🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: I’m trying to get through all the primal cuts I have in the freezer. This week I’ve been eating pork chops and lamb chops. As well as quite a few eggs and a whole keto brick each day. I’ve also been having an iced protein shake in the evening hours to try and beat the heat a bit.
🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: Eating enough throughout the day so that I’m not constantly thinking about or fixated on food has been liberating!
📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: I’m enjoying this build phase for sure and I’ve been pleased to see my strength markers improve. I can tell that my clothes are fitting a bit tighter than I’m accustomed too though so there is no doubt that I’ve been putting on some additional bodyfat.
