Your definitely my number one creators your like family been with you before keto brick was started. I need some advice. 5 weeks carnivore. First few weeks i lost weight.. Now in the last two weeks ive gained 7lbs... Im counting cals ans theyvare 2500. 70% fat the rest protein and tiny amount of carbs.. Im hungry but if i gain weight wirh what im eating now ill gain more if i eat more. I lift 4 times a week and do light carido three times a week. Im 5ft 9. Weigh 12 st 2 and im 54... I wanted to start a slow cut for my hokdiay in sep but if im hungry on 2500 cals how will i survive if i cut down cals on the coming cut.... Im just nit wanting to eat more cals but im hungry. Especially late afternoon evening. I could eat my evening meal then eat more.😢 😢. 😢😢
What are you keeping your sodium intake at during the beginning of prep??? I've just realised I'm way under on my sodium. I only consume 2500mg a day .. I'm guessing that's why I can see to shift what it looked like to be a small water hold on my lower ab section. Plus I think I've been eating to much protein . So I'm going to lower that now and increase the fat slightly from 100g to 120g hoping that will make my skin tighter... I'm 4 weeks out and first time doing keto prep so iam learning... your videos are absolutely amazing mate. Topman Love from the U.K

I've got the course and love it! So much useful information to help with day to day life as I am not a competitive body builder. The AI has been useful to take the information I feed it as far as how many macros I can have, and it will give me a day to day meal plan with the foods I like. I've also asked it for a full body workout plan 6 days a week, and I've been happy with that. The AI is definitely fun to play with, and it gives you immediate information which is amazing! The coaching calls are great and you are building a wonderful group of people who have similar interests and can share their experiences. I really like the live Tribe calls are recorded so I don't miss any of them. I got to get that Keto-Bodybuilding T-shirt, is it available? I like the challenge potential too. I would suggest making a Dexa Scan a part of it so it gives you useful data as well. Excellent informative information that has and will continue to change lives in a healthier way!
Question So 3000 cals is =1 lb fat. My tdee is 2000 and I am eating 2500 cals. I drink 4 l water and take my electrolytes. I eat carnivore but over last 2 weeks ive gained 4 lb.. I lift four times a week and do light walking three times a week... I can't have gained 4 lb of muscle in two weeks.... How can i gain when not eating 3000 cals..
I have to eat 4000 calories to maintain my weight of 154lbs. Im still bulking but it’s impossible and im devoting all day every day to get calories in. Im checking out high fat diet to bulk on so it doesn’t take my life’s sacrifice for fitness goals

Excellent advice. I’ve very recently been back and forth with this same problem and time, quality nutrition (do the best you can), and weight training is what you need. Take baby steps if you must. It’s extremely difficult to see your body wither but know that it wants to heal! Drink some calories if that’s all you can start with but the ultimate goal is nutritious food. Also, heal your mind. Do what elates your spirit and your body will follow! Good luck! 😊🩵

We dont really suggest Keto Breads.. most are full of filler ingredients. There is a great egg white protein bread out there that you could make though!
