🔥 WEEKS IN: 26 (RESET WEEK 15)
⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: VARIABLE
🔥 WEIGHT: Weight this morning was 188.4
⚖️ MACROS: Shooting for 150g of protein and about 180g of fat. I’ve got a TON of eggs to go through so I’m swapping out my macros slightly and targeting a bit more dietary fat.
💪 BODYFAT PERCENTAGE: Inbody is showing 19.4%. I also got a new Withings scale and it’s showing me at 22.2% but I think it has to calibrate first.
🏋️♂️ STRENGTH MARKERS: Strength markers are all moving in the right direction!!
💦 CARDIO: 25 min of stairmaster and a weekly trail run. I will likely start increasing the frequency and intensity of the trail runs in preparation for elk hunting.
🚽 GI IMPLICATIONS: No issues.
🧂SODIUM: Consuming around 5,000-8,000 mg of sodium a day.
🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: A coffee with heavy cream, 1 whole Keto Brick, and my evening meal is pretty egg heavy with some lean ground beef. Generally about a 93/7 lean at the moment.
🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: I’m definitely starting to see myself leaning out more now and I can tell that things are tightening up. I’m also getting hungrier as well so I’m looking forward to hitting my target weight and bringing more food in.
📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: Despite the drop in calories, my strength markers are all holding pretty steady which I’m excited about. I’m not really going for PRs at the moment, moreso focusing on form and technique and maintaining solid movement patterns until I bring the food back up.
