What a GREAT video!!! We are leaseholders and love the place. One thing to mention for potential "HOT" list folks is that you are not required to take a place when your number is low enough. Number 1 has been floating since 1999!! It took us three years to get a spot. It cost us $42,000 in April '22. When we vacate the spot our estate is guaranteed to get that back as well as a portion of all the upgrades we plan to do to our casita. Almost like a 0% savings account but you will NOT lose any $$. Lots and Lots of fun. I use the shop all the time and the blacksmith shop as well. Anyone interested should get on the list. You can decide to get off if you want but you will assuredly have an option for a spot down the road. I'm sharing this video with all my friends and family. Well done!!!!

Thank you class C Broads. I am also a regular at happy hour where I met you. Thank you for a very nice job describing our park. One small correction. The cooperative owns everything. We are triple net lease holders. You really did nail it when you said the camaraderie and sense of community is so important.
Well hello Les, our reliable Happy Hour friend! Thank you for the clarification. We did try to note that the residents were leaseholders, but that they were also members of the co-op. What we liked about that was that the co-op made all of the decisions, not some faceless corporate entity located in some other state. We've lived here for three years (1 year as a longterm renter, 2 as leaseholders) and use it as a basecamp. In summer we travel further afield, and in winter there's plenty of great nearby attractions to enjoy. SKP Saguaro is a great place! Thanks for the marvelous video!

We have thought about buying into a place like this. We like one down in the RGV (Rio Grande Valley). They have livable casitas, but they are a lot more expensive. BTW, we think we will be heading the the RGV mid winter.
We've not yet been to the RGV area (unless you count a couple of trips to South Padre when I was in undergrad). It's a place we have talked about going to part of a winter, but that is probably a couple of years of at least given our itinerary. Enjoy your time in warmer climates. Your summer map on insta looks pretty good too!
I am interested in a Co-op Property that each person can have a tiny home on. With splitting the cost sharing community kitchen, laundry room, gym, internet wisp network, etc
