In this fight I use tier set, which especially boosts blackout to result in a 3 second reduction of fists of fury, rising sun kick, strike of the windlord especially.
I share my talent tree for this boss, specially AOE, with prio to spam spinning crane kick and blackout with reset, and in last instance fists of fury.
