මහාචාර්යතුමියණි.... job burnout සම්බන්දව පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් කරනවාද.... කොවිඩ් වසන්ගතයෙන් පසුව මට ඇතිවූ තත්වයක් ලෙස සිතමි......මට හිතෙන දේ......මට මෙතන වැඩ අඩුයි දැන්.... මෙතන මම කාලය නාස්ති කරනව/ විස්වාසය නැති කම / මෙතන මම isolate වෙලා...ලොකය මාව පසුකරන් යනව

Hi I'm working as a demonstrator in medical faculty in a government university- department of biochemistry...but I was graduated from a private university..(Not a full time chemist degree) I has a great fear in my mind that I wont be able to do my job properly thinking that I'm inferior to other demonstrators who has specialized in chemistry...but I had only part of Biochemistry in my degree..and some practicals I have never heard...I don't have a great lab skill also...so I'm afraid..please tell me how to overcome this biggest fear through affirmations... Please reply me and provide me an emotional support 😭

@@chathuanushki6331 if the workplaces offers short courses in the areas that you need knowledge in, yes, attend those. Also, there maybe kind people in your workplace to whom you could say that you wish to learn certain things, and ask them if they could teach you
