STIR-FRY INSTANT NOODLE
Ingredients:
320g vit's instant noodle.
3 tbsp cooking oil.
2 tbsp minced garlic.
50g Chicken slices
1/2 onion sliced
50g Shitake mushroom slices
4 lobster balls
30g carrot slices
Some choy sum
Seasoning:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
50ml chicken stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
METHOD:
1. In a pot, bring 3 litres water to a boil and add instant noodle.
2. Cook the noodle until 80% cooked.
And remove.
3. Heat up a pan with cooking oil.
4. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Add chicken slices, onion slices,shitake mushroom, lobster balls and carrot.
6. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 mins.
7. Add choy sum.
8. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce,50ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp dark soy sauce.
9. Cover until the noodle is softened.
And occasionally stir it around.
