Yee Mee Soup
Portion : 1 person
Ingredients:
Some Bak Choy
Some Pork or Chicken slices
Some Fried Fuzhuk
4 Fish sandwich/balls
1x Yee Mee
1x egg
For the soup:
600ml water
1/2 maggi chicken cube
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Some white pepper
Garnish:
Fried Shallot
Shallot Oil
Chopped Spring Onion
Condiment:
1 Thai's Chili
Minced Garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method :
1. Start by boiling 600ml water.
2. Add 1/2 maggi chicken cubes,1 tbsp oyster sauce and some white pepper.
3. Add Fish sandwich or fishballs, Fuzhuk, chicken slices and let it cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Add Yee Mee and Bak Choy.
5. Cook until Yee Mee is soften to your liking and add an egg.
6. Once it is done garnish with chopped spring onion, fried shallot and shallot oil.
7. Usually I'd serve the Yee Mee with some Thai's Chili slices, minced garlic and soy sauce in a small bowl.
