when we reduce field current then motor speed increases and torque reduces.

we generally do not Consider armature voltage for speed feedback because when load increses armature requires more torque and drive increses the voltage as per requirement, at that time speed does not go up linearly.and there are fluctuations in armature current and voltage which creates problem in speed calculations.

if tacho feedback fails drive will Tripp on encoder feedback loss fault.

Field se karna easy hai.

During field weakening, EMF controller keep the Armature voltage constant at rated value

you should do motor tuning

also check that motor data is feeded in drive properly

If field current on motor is written like 9.0/2.6 or 11/1.8 ,means field current range is from max to min then you can week the field its possible in separately and shunt motor.most of yhe separately exited motors are designed for Field weakening..

Pot connect karne se pehle Analog input k parameters set karne padte hain Jis analog input terminal pe pot connect hai usko 0-10 vdc set karna padta hai.max and minimum value of input and kuchh jumpers bhi hote hain unko bhi user manual dekh k set karna padta hai.

In torque mode , set torque reference to torque controller, the dc motor will follow torque reference, normally use in slave motor application

drive can calculate it by armature voltage feedback or you can use tacho/encoder.for theoretical calculations if field current is constant at full rated amp motor rapm will be proportional to armature dc voltage
