@@Knowledge-p7i , All these communist unions are simply being funded by China to make India less investment-friendly! It’s a shame that these communist unions are not being banned. Samsung did not enslave workers to make them work for hours. It’s a free market-anyone who doesn't like the job at Samsung can leave, as there are many others ready to work. If you force companies like Samsung to pay more for fewer work hours, they will simply shift their factories to other states or other countries! Then who will provide jobs? The unemployment rate in India is already high. These communists are determined to destroy the investments coming to India and Tamil Nadu. Other states & Other countries are waiting for Samsung to invest there with red carpet! Simple, Samsung will shift the there and all these labours will be jobless.

CITU union leaders (half baked leaders) tell Company Management not to give high salary to Workers. If high salary is given to Workers, then, Workers forget Union. Example : Ashok Leyland, Hosur CITU spoiled several Industries. Example : Binny. Therefore CITU Union is to be flushed away.

Every workman has the right to join and form union. Freedom of association is right given by Indian constitution Saying no to this is not correct. Most of the companies has external union. Why is government not helping poor workers? Exploitation to the core
