Video Conversion program that I have used for years gets a major upgrade with AI. Now it can not only rip in your DVDs but upscale them too. Upscaling takes time but you can start the process and check it in the morning. Good for upgrading your DVDs but even better for upgrading your memories, videos and pictures! Definitely worth the price in just a few images upgrades!

My daughter loves watching cartoons on her iPad, which greatly concerns me about her eyesight. I purchased this software two weeks ago and so far, the most frequently used function is upscaling, followed by video conversion. I have upgraded all of her favorite animated series to 4K and projected them onto a large screen for her to watch. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective software and I look forward to more updates in the future. Thank you for sharing, Peter.

@typhfanuwu7526 eyestrain is real. I studied computer science. We spent ridiculous amount of time looking at the screen. There's a reason we all wear glasses now. When you go to the optometrist they always ask you about your screen time. It's about eyestrain.

Recommendation for making it convert faster. I bought it awhile go. Just takes a long time. Maybe cause I'm converting MP3?

A faster PC with a strong GPU will make it faster. It's an intensive application.

That made a big difference in the South Park video, but I didn't really see any difference in the photo of the baby. My Samsung galaxy s22 ultra has a remaster function that is supposed to make a photo better, but I rarely see any difference between the two. Maybe this app would work better.

Agreed, my video capture software failed to capture the in person experience. In person, the results are quite striking but I do want to set expectations properly... it is not fast. It upscales at a few to several frames per second. A full movie too over night. Take a look at my original review ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jyq1UpmEf50.html it shows a full 480P DVD video RIP upscaled. The picture with the baby was already a high quality picture, but it did get noticeably better.

Once, I used AI Super Resolution in VideoProc to upscale a damaged church, with an original resolution of 640*472. Initially, I had intended to zoom in and capture a portion of the church's details, but upon zooming in, I realized that the photo became blurry. However, after using AI Super Resolution in VideoProc to upscale the photo four times, resulting in a resolution of 2560*1888, I was able to zoom in again and capture clear and smooth details of the church.

Here's a cool trick you can do right now. Upscale internet content in real time. Forget about fire sticks, forget about Nvidia shields. Just use a straight PC with Opera on it. Why Opera? Because this specific browser has FSR technology in it. It's called "Lucid Mode". All you gotta do is connect your PC to a 4k TV. Keep your windows display set on 3840x2160. Now any video website you play. It doesn't matter what it is. Play all media in 720p full screen. Full 4k content and you're saving bandwidth at the same time.

Interesting and will look but your saying a 3rd tier browser can upscale at 30 frames/second when everyone else can only upscale 2-10 frames per second. Logic says no but I'll look

@@PeterC408 Yes, it actually works. Opera with Lucid Mode. There's one for video games as well. The program is called Lossless Scaling. You do the same steps I told you. Leave your windows display on 3840x2160. Play all your video games in 720p windowed mode. If you played a mp4 video in 720p windowed it will also work. Yes, Opera with Lucid Mode upscales any content on the Internet.
