Just check out my videos about setting up the clock and see how it works out. If something doesn't work out..it may be the clock itself that doesn't work and you may have to return it. So tell me what exactly is your problem and how I can help
I just purchased this unit today at Walmart. The face of my unit seems very dark and not back lit at all. I find this unusual for an item with an alarm feature. Is there something wrong with my unit or do I just have to use it in a well lit room?
Good question...a lot of these units don't have a back light which means when you press a button it lights up..if you get a unit like an alarm ⏰ clock like some in my review they have a back light.. maybe you just got a bad unit..I might just take it back and get another unit and see what happens..The unit you are describing aren't very well bright..do you know what I mean
Thanks for watching my video..take a deep breath and relax..I know technology can be a pain in the you know what..just keep trying and usually if you walk away for a few minutes and go back to it..you will figure it out..try watching the video a few times to see if you did something wrong
I did walk away from it then I put it back in the box will return it to the store tomorrow apparently I'm not the only one who couldn't get it to set I noticed the box was taped when I got it back in the box.So Walmart here I come again.
Page 6 of the instructions third bullet point states that the Tower icon will flash when searching and will be solid when the signal is received.. My tower is not showing as yours was in the video, does this mean it is not connected to the atomic clock.?so I am not sure if mine is connected to the A clock or just running on the battery.
More than likely there are two things wrong. Your out door sensor is not in sync with the main unit or the outdoor sensor is too far away. The outdoor sensor has to be 300 feet or less from the main unit. You will more than likely setup the unit all over again...let me know if this works for you
@@johnzabik270 The outdoor sensor has been with in a foot or two of the main unit and shows a difference of a degree probably due to me holding the base or the sensor. The bars indicate a strong signal, but at two feet that is expected. What I am talking about is the " tower icon" for the atomic time signal . The directions say if it is blinking it is searching for a signal, and if it is solid it has a signal, so what if there is no tower icon ?
Press the set button once to turn on the Atomic Clock sync. It will start flashing for a long time. It is connected once it turns solid. It is in the instructions.
