If your computer already had windows on when you bought it, you cannot reinstall it without having a license key, so use a keycrawler type utility to find your key, write it down, print it, take a picture of it, whatever, but note it for later not on the computer, then you can reinstall, use that key, then you can reinstall everything you want/need.
it's not required in the PCs that came with windows in the past 10 years or more. After you reinstall Windows, the key will be automatically pulled, provided you install the same revision of windows (i.e. Home).

It’s a very strange problem, since the ONLY language which can’t be translated is Russian. I know everything about installing languages on RU-vid , on google , on keyboard and so forth. I tried to change the app-language to all the other languages I speak and understand, and also some I understand a little, but nothing helps. The translate button disappeared under comments written in Russian. Not under Polish, Bulgarian , Ukrainian and other Slavic languages. It is very curious, that I am the only person, who mentions this problem. If you hear from other people about this, I hope you will tell me. Which country are you from ? At 1:36... well my friend that is because you don't own your PC.... you just use something they borrow you and use it just like THEY what you to use it.. like if it is not yours.. while you pay for it.. you are a slave...... sorry.. but you are.. they take away from you the freedom of uninstall a browsers that you don't use.. and you don't said nothing...... "PERSONAL Computer" yeah sure!! .. and you can not even change the start up sound of your windows 10 without hacking it .. or change his colors.. now............... I OWN my PC.. I personalize the hell out of it..... last time I reinstall the Win10 shit.. I spend like 2 fucking months punting everything back together.. you know what i love from the Windows XP??... I know were everything is... as being there for the last 20+ years.. every time I need to change something in the fucking Win10.. I have to google for the answer....
