The Anime is called "Kaichou wa Maid-sama!" (engl. "The Student Council President is a Maid!"). It is based on the Manga with the same name which has around 18 books total. I can only highly recommend it since it is what made the lunch breaks in school interesting. Some of the episodes should be on RU-vid but there is also a DVD box set available.
