Just some information for you. Take it or leave it. My cousin who was 37 and a fitness instructor at a gym, used to drink multiple energy drinks a day bc he doesn’t drink coffee. He started having heart issues. So bad one night he was driving in Chicago and had to pull over and call an ambulance bc he thought he was having a heart attack. Turns out he had congestion heart failure. Dr said caused by energy drinks in excess. He is still a personal trainer at a gym, 5 years later. Still on heart medication but he no longer drinks those energy drinks! He learned a hard lesson. Stay safe ❤️

It's almost impossible NOT to have some form of caffeine as a flight attendant. Your schedule is all over the place, and sleeping is a luxury until your off days. It's a BIG cycle that repeatedly keeps you more OFF than ON.

Even though you’re very young, I would bet it’s the energy drinks keeping you up. As we ladies get older the sleeping gets harder and harder but it’s so important. Skin care is important but nothing ages you more than lack of sleep. Just some advice from a Mom☺️

As time passed, my ability to tolerate caffeine, any amount, any time of day became less and less.....just a thought, it may be the energy drinks or other beverages you consume affecting your sleep. Alcohol also not great, you fall asleep but wake after some hours.

Something I always do when I get to my Hotel Room is Check the Toilet make sure it Flush... Nothing Worst than using the Toilet and finding out it Doesn't Flush (for Whatever Reason) Also I had been in my Hotel Room a Few Hours before I used the Toilet it was Only number One,but I called the Front Desk and Told them the toilet didn't Flush....They tried to Act like I Broke It.....They gave me Another Room ,but at the End of my Stay they tried to keep my Security Deposit, because of the toilet Situation I wasn't having That,😁 They gave me my Deposit, but people Check Toilet when Entering Room make sure it Flush Properly ....So if Not you can Switch Rooms or get the Toilet Fix.

Hello! I would highly recommend The Ordinary Skincare Line. They sell it at Sephora but the prices are just phenomenal they are so very reasonable! I use a variety of their products! At 44 I think I am looking pretty good so far when not wearing makeup! I also use a few ELF moisturizers along with my oil based Ordinary moisturizers. Good luck with your new skin care regimen! I look forward to seeing what products you go with and the results but either way you are stunning! 🤍

I suffer from insomnia too. It's horrible, I've tried so many things - I want to sleep without the help of sleep aids - and it seldom works until I'm so exhausted my body almost shuts down! Anyway, so glad to see your vlogs relatively regularly for the past few! I hope you have time to post more!

5 hours is really good when you get to night stop at the end of it! I work for an airline in the UK and we do 5 and half hour flights, there and back! 18 hour days 😴

I cannot BELIEVE you don’t double cleanse as in; use a cleanser after make up remover and you are flying so often and your skin still looks this amazing. BLESSED

Please be careful with your luggage, over stuffing it. I had a piece of luggage break on me, right as I was lifting it on the belt at the airport in Austin, TX. I was going to Virginia, and used a belt to secure it the best I could. I had to take a train, and a bus to get home. One of the worst travel days of my life. I wouldn’t want that to happen to you, or anyone.

The energy drinks are keeping you from sleeping! Please cut way way back on those....my sixteen year old was having heart palpitations and took her to a cardiologist and. he told her to stop those and she did and all is well now. They have way too much sugar and/or caffeine to be healthy.
