@maribelrodriguez7395 👋🏽👀. Thanks for checking out the channel. If there’s anything I can help you with here’s a link to my calendar: aaronlathan.prgtexas.com/buyer-consultation
Hello, hope all is well. My family and I have interest in the mason wood’s community, and visited with Taylor Morrison but did not have the time to check out the tri pointe homes in our visit. I was wondering if you knew what kind of incentives they have going on right now. Much appreciated
Not off the top of my head. All of the builders here are pretty site specific. But I’d be down reach out to my contacts out there. If you’ve got time this week I’d love to connect. Here’s a link to my calendar: aaronlathan.prgtexas.com/buyer-consultation
Are there any high rise condos in Cypress or the other major suburbs in Texas? Or do you mainly have to reside in the city to find a nice condo with great views?
Yea to get a high rise you’re gonna be in the mix. Like uptown or downtown areas. Everywhere else is straight residential homes for the most part or mid rise 5-6 level apartments
@@aaronlathan What is the difference between Uptown and Downtown? Are Katy and Humble very different in terms of what they offer? I live in Alpharetta, GA (30 min outside of Atlanta) and I'm trying to make a decision about where to live in Houston when I move in August 2024.
@@MeganBad1 SMALL WORLD! I live in North Buckhead in ATL and want to make the move to Houston by early fall. What is the business scene for Black entrepreneurs like?
@@MeganBad1 just areas with high rise options. Uptown is nicer in my opinion and a little more bougie. Downtown is a little younger demographic. Humble and Katy are pretty different but the basics remain the same. Pretty diverse. Pretty solid options for communities. Stuff to do. Depends on lifestyle. Without really knowing your needs it’s hard to suggest one or the other. Here’s a link to my calendar though: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
@@KellieKellyWorld lots of of entrepreneurs here because there isn’t a state income tax. But there’s a lot of everyone. Gotta carve out your own lane. For example there’s like 60K realtors in Houston. But yall found me 🤗. Whatever your business is you gotta just find the best way to find your ideal audience.
I love Elyson. One of my favorites in Katy. If it merges into Cypress I’d imagine that would mean certain things about the ISD it’s tied to. Without knowing that portion it’d be hard to rank above other cypress communities in Cy Fair. But definitely a favorite of mine!
I like both. I really love all of the neighboring cypress communities that are finished out. You get to piggyback off the infrastructure of the newer communities without paying the premium.
Yea. That’s one of my favorites. You can get huge houses with water views for the same prices as much smaller homes in Bridgeland or Towne Lake in Fairfield. And the commercial support there is great
