The trick to doing short bitten nails is to start out by sculpting the nail with a form so the acrylic has the entire natural nail to adhere to and to start out with short extensions ... Using a tip like on these nails gives the acrylic very little natural nail to adhere to and although they look nice when done I would guarantee that they didn't last more than a week before they started popping off simply because they had so little nail to adhere to ... And also someone who has that short of nails naturally isn't going to be able to function easily because they are not used to having nails that long ... So if you start out short it gives the person time to adjust to the length as the natural nail grows out ... So by the time the natural nail is normal length you can have a longer extension because you have more natural nail for the product to adhere to and the person is by then used to having a longer nail and can function easily doing daily tasks because as the natural nail grew out they got used to the length slowly ... Hopefully this helps 😉
And that is what they say to me. Leave feeling disappointed. But you can look on you tube and see people have short nail beds and get there done and they be so pretty. I guess they don't want to put in the time. I wish I could find a nail salon that would.
Yes! I'm sooo glad I found your channel. My daughters nails are like that and I needed to know how to do her nails without them popping off in one day.
I Love To See This. Some Nail Salons & Techs Will Refuse Service To Client. I’ve Had It Happen To Me. I’m A Nail Biter, But Not Extreme One. Only Way To Prevent It Is To Keep My Nails Done. First Time I Was Turned Around Lady Told Me “Oh No. Nails No Good. We Can’t Do. Go Someplace Else.” I Was Hurt & Embarrassed.
@@r0dwave268 sometimes you dont even know your doing until your actually doing it. When my nails fall off my I'm like a typewriter its bad!! I've been doing it for years since I was little.
Do you recall how long they lasted? From what I read when they are they are short, they pop off pretty quickly even with the best of prep because there’s just not enough nail plate for the acrylic to adhere to
@@yepthatsdee That’s actually really good! Usually I hear (I follow a crap ton of nail groups lol) they only last a couple days. I haven’t encountered nails like this myself yet but I think I might have one coming today, she didn’t send me a picture so Idk how short they are but she said “really short” and I’m scared lol 😂 i’m definitely going to let her know though that they might not last too long
When you have nails that begin that short, you should keep the tops short as well, they won’t come off so soon and it gives the customer time to get used to having nails and not having fingertips.
I need you to do my nails. Their short but not too short because there starting to grow but l need you to the rescue. Please l need somewhere to go💕💕💕💕So talented👏👏👏💕💕💕
Honestly you shouldn’t get nails that long if your nails are this short and damaged. Your at risk of destroying your entire nail bed. She really should have gotten them half that length to start with. I know clients want what they want but nail health has to be considered
This was a long while ago I was just figuring out how to record and everything 😭 I will have some new content coming soon with much better quality 🙏🏾 thanks for supporting
these nails are disgusting 🤮🙈 Those poor nail techs who have to deal with these customers ..... and people say that applying acrycil or gel nails isn't good for the natural nail ... well how stupid is that, look at what a nail biter does to his nails, that is much much worse
