I hv started from 3rd, Nov 2023...I used to run 4km everyday... this vedio boost me once more to continue daily running for safe of my physique....But my running comprises 50%-Running and 50% walking...I do hope if I continue it,,my health will be free from any deases.....A lot of benefits are gained through walking... I started running long back from 12 years. I wanted to quit smoking. Believe me this made me so many things. I feel very good my health my strength every thing. But if you run in early in the morning it will be more and more benificial. Even now my son who is 8 years old he runs with me and he beat me in running.

Ji bilkul Maine abhi 3 din pahle running start ki h running start krne ke ek se do din tk mujhe bahut problem Hui but ab dheere dheere mai recover ho chuka hu or bahut bahut hi accha feel ho rha hai. Or Mai khud se vaada le Raha hu ki Mai ab hamesha running krunga ❤❤❤
