I have many different types of scissors, some for cutting paper into shapes. I have one that is my favorite, which I’ve had for a long time. It doesn’t hurt; it depends on the person and how they feel comfortable cutting paper into shapes. I don’t have any pain or discomfort.💙💙

I do have a craft cutter that does have a swivel head but it does have learning curve. I will cut circles and curves I'll have to find it and get the name of it. Haven't used it in quite a long time

Is that the gyro cutter? I've looked at them but wasn't sure how easy it would be to use and as someone with issues with my hands, I haven't bought one.

Hello Maremi I use a buttinette precision knife with a swiveling knife tip that can be rotated 360°, making the knife particularly suitable for curved cuts. Incl. 3 replacement blades, length: 12.5 cm. I'm very happy with it. Maybe something for you too. The movable, loose knife tip allows you to easily cut optimal curves and beautiful curves. The slanted housing prevents the flexible and replaceable tip from falling out and ensures sufficient grip when cutting. LG aus germany Beate

I have a cheapo precision knife cutter I had bought years ago, just change the blade when needed. I love this cutter. Of course it doesn't swivel, I need to do the swiveling LOL. I also use TH snips for detail cutting and a pair of cuticle cutters from Walgreens I had bought years ago 🩷🪻💙

I had a knife with a swivel blade from Amazon. It worked great for fussy cutting intricate details. I put in an order yesterday actually for a new one as I misplaced mine and can’t find it at all. I've never been able to use a craft knife for some reason. Not coordinated enough I suppose. I've never tried the pen type before, though. They look more usable. Thank you for the demonstration.

Try "Fiskars Finger tip craft knife". The knife is easy to use and pretty safe. I bought this knife after a video from Vicky Papaioannou.

I have a group of art friends and we gather occasionally. We love your new books. However; we wish you had made these images into stickers. Some of us have arthritic fingers; hard to cut.

It would be much better, i think, that the body of those craft knives that you first used ,if they were thicker, they would be better for your fingers that your using. Look at the way your thumb joint as well as the others are bent which creates intense stress on them just to use these tools.. your better off using scissors.. just my thoughts as i watched what was happening with your finger joints. Thats very difficult for anyone that has arthritis of the hand joint. I love your fairy books. 😊 Marta, why not just perforate the fairies then you just have to pop them out.???

I think you need to look for a rotating blade and Amazon has several. Might want to try one.

I have the Amazon pens, but turn the Image in the curves. And the most I use nail scissors. The pen knife for inbetween, like the legs. I quickly looked for the gyro cutter as I could read in your other comments. That could be the solution.

Thank you for showing us the different types of knives. I have set of craft knives but I don’t feel safe using them! Such a waste of money. I won’t be using those pen knives either. 😢

I bought a 3 pack of the singer scissors they are ****! The tip will not cut at all. Very unsatisfying... Marta I love you and your videos but you said they were awesome basically so I bought them. Disappointing... in case anyone wonders... Same as videos endorsed. I love Marta/Maremi bought 4 of her books... I love them!!!!! Worth every penny. I just have a problem with the singer scissors.

Hi! I enjoyed the video and wanted to mention that on Amazon there are swivel craft knives. There was a variety of them. Also there are fingertip Craft knives by Fiskars and others. I also this type as with swivels. Hope this helps with your search for a craft knife. I sent you an email with a link for the fingertip craft knife.🩵💙
