I have a gem called Red Jasper Hematite idk how to use but Ive felt hematite before and it helped me a lot and boosted my confidence but I would like you to make a video on red jasper hematite or share a comment on the benefits of this gemstone. Much appreciated!

My experience with it doing possibly another guided meditation just listening the person said a bird would guided me through i seen a huge bird in my thoughts fly like closed eye hallucination the stone had a strong presence in my had it immediately calm i didn't feel it every time I picked it up but when I meditated with it that presents came back like 10 times morw

This mediation helped me greatly. During the mediation I saw a vision of myself as a young girl. I had just been abused physically by my dad and I am alone in a dark room with gray walls. I see myself crying. I, at the age I am now which is 61, go into the room with the child I once was. I tell her that she is precious. I tell her that the same God that makes the beautiful sun sets and sun rises made her. I tell her that she is more valuable than all of her toys. I offer my rock to her and I tell her that this rock can help her. She takes the rock. I tell her that this rock will support her. I say to her, you have always been supported. God was with you when He was making you in your mother's whom. God is with you all of the time supporting you. She did not say anything back to me. She looked at me when I was talking to her and she held the rock I gave her. I felt calmer, grounded and supported. Thank you. I cried. I gave myself the compassion that I deserved.

I just bought hematite yesterday and am new to crystals but have been meditating for about a year now. Thank you for this video!! I can't believe how quickly this meditation passed when I am usually scatter brained for about half of it, but I felt so much inner peace! I can't wait to explore more of your page, I also bought Labradorite & gold healer quartz (I rhink, haha) as a start. Going to do this one tomorrow AM, love it💗

the first half of this meditation my mind was all over the place...i was thinking about my classmate who recently passed away due to suicide. but then something switched and i felt so calm, my mind felt light and nice. it was really nice, thank you ! 🙏

I've done this meditation with my regular and rainbow hematite a few times now. It's a great way to start the day, thank you! What you said about even just visualizing the hematite or picking it up and feeling relaxed is interesting! This is a common practice in CBT, associating an action or item with mindfulness and practicing until it's so associated in our brains that it is almost effortless to drop in. Looking forward to trying more!

What do you think about stringing together black tourmaline, hematite and clear crystal to wear? I've had a LOT of stress in my life lately. A LOT of negativity. And I figured wearing both hematite AND black tourmaline together along with clear crystal quartz to magnify the two stones MAY be beneficial. What do YOU THINK? 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

I recently lossed my hematite i had it for about a month. I picked up my daughter from school i carried it to where I walk to pick her up i met her at the fence i let her hold the rock while we were walking she said it was weird she could feel a tingle she liked it the she handed it back to me we walked to the car then boom sometime between me getting the kids buckled in and me getting in i dropped it. I have been feeling very anxious i mean I am anxious and have depression I take anti depression medication I felt so worried when I found out I lost the hematite like I was having withdrawal from the stone

You can always get another if the one is lost. The feeling of withdrawal could be a symptom that whatever you need it for in life is still present and needs support 🙏💖🙏
