I wasn’t sure which meditation I needed to do today, but something told me it should be red jasper. The moment I picked up my gemstone I felt safe and warm - almost like I was at home.

I actually feel really conected to jasper. From the start I felt its warmth and comfort. Its like a heart. I was never able to feel much in meditation with it but the confort I get from it Is enough.

Thank you so much. While I was doing this meditation I felt like my entire body was swirling around in tiny circles. I also started tearing up towards the end. Not a sad feeling, peaceful. Any idea what the swirling is?

what is the difference of red jasper and carnelian?

Red Jasper is a jasper and is completely opaque. Carnelian is more of an agate and light can shine through it. Spiritually, Carnelian is more about Creativity and Red Jasper is about Energy 💖🙏
