My man JTL you are SMOKIN’! This is the kind of story that show the positive things about the athletes at Colorado. Tyler Brown is absolutely one of, if not the best, offensive linemen! A lot of the coverage has been given to other incoming linemen but it’s Tyler that has held things down! I know it’s about competition in the position rooms as to who are the starters AND THAT IS A GOOD THING! However in an offensive line room of 10-12 players THEY ALL SHOULD PLAY: 5 starters, 5 backups, 2 developmental playing special teams! The same rationale should be in all position rooms! Even quarterbacks when possible and the game is out of reach. THIS FOSTERS CAMARADERIE AND TEAM WHEN THEY WORK AND PRACTICE HARD THEY GET TO PLAY AND CONTRIBUTE! That way they would be less likely to hit the transfer portal. IF PLAYERS ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO BE ON THE TEAM THEN THEY SHOULD PLAY UNLESS THEY ARE DEVELOPMENTAL OR REDSHIRTED! This where third, fourth, and fifth teamers are being developed in the program. THIS IS THE WAY THAT ITS DONE AT MAJOR PROGRAMS TO SUSTAIN AND DEVELOP PLAYERS!
I wonder if he will use both of his two years remaining eligibility? He gets his bachelor’s degree in speech pathology. I know he plans on getting his masters degree. I hope he will stay two more years but if he doesn’t I’ll be following his NFL team
If Tyler is the best OL which includes the excellent transfers that we already have, we will have a complete upgrade. If Shedeur has a completely upgraded line, he will be much more effective. 8-4 or 9-3. Bowl game win. STHO!
