Man and I thought I was paranoid with the security cameras lol. Great video as always FMJ, that box in the garage is for an irrigation system to the yard. And because I watch all your videos I decided to look up the term "Keeping Room" so there would be no more guessing (or choosing which is which lol) So here is the definition ..... (A keeping room is a space adjacent to the kitchen, where friends and family can gather to keep the cook company while they prepare a meal. After all, the kitchen is the heart of the home-the spot everyone naturally gravitates to, no matter how small. Think of a keeping room as an overflow room.) ...... So there you have it. And was wonder if some of the circuit breakers may have been off? That seems unusual to have the many like blown. Anyway as I said great video, pls keep them coming.

The house is really nice, but I think it may be overpriced by 50k-100k with all the work that needs to be done. The driveway is also badly cracked and would cost thousands to repair.

Price is very reasonable but needs carpet pulled up and lay out is like a maze. Good video I enjoyed it.

a lot of rent novation also looks like the neighbors took your backyard because there's is none no place for a pool and no privacy to much front yard so no backyard the house is doable
