That price is a bit much for this home. I would understand if it was set more on a private lot. But to pay that much to be surrounded by other homes, is not worth it.
Please keep in mind that personal preferences do not dictate market value in real estate. We have seven figure homes in this area on much smaller lots. People buy them and they appraise at or above the seven figure sales price. Not everyone wants a large lot and it does not solely determine value. Thanks for your feedback,
