How is it that Ireland used a 6-2 split 3 times during the 6 Nations and nothing is said, but if SA does it it's wrong? His opinion is hysterically biased. He is actually discriminating against the chubby guys, it's their moment of glory, just like when backs get the glory by scoring their fancy tries. The game is professional, CATCH UP!

If he's really concerned about safety then he would rather debate that they increase the number of substitutes rather then limit them per position.. but he won't because other teams don't have the depth of the springbok. Don't hate on them just because you aren't them

Matt,you are a new Zealander,that couldn't make it on anyway,Rassie show you oaks,that you can change the rules,but it takes a couch to break the six nation team,what is six nation against world rugby,to me it sounds that you oaks are there to critic,and the way Rassie does it,is not illegal.but you make it illegal,the is way the European union start to change the game,they are not even seen in the 80,90 like you say,yeaa...Ireland lost the game,and if they lose again..what then....then the critics go e be more,and then you sit there with your sanity nose,.. because the European union have to change rules,that make the game slower and not interested anymore..maybe European must stick to football.because there it's not really looking good aswell..

Ireland knowing Boks will do that, could counter it, NO Rules stop them from bringing on 6 forwards just after or even before RSA. They choose not to, there in lies the mismatch and the penalty tries. So is it bad Ire coaching or they don't have the resources to match the boks reserves? Neither is a BOK problem but an Irish & Matt Williams problem. Develop more depth or choose a coach that will bring on 6 forwards. SUBS are a reality that point to a Squad of 23 not a starting 15. Rassie developed utility multi-position backs so he can field a 6-2 bench. Why does Matt get so mad when RSA does it, but not when IRE did 6-2 in 6N's. No "safety" issue then? Be Better have a full squad of quality and use it, or stop moaning whilst others do same.

😅 sore losers. You have a rule book and it was played so. Guess what there is nothing stopping you from doing the same oh yes ok you did that and it did not work for you. So start your game with 6 backs and two forwards and then if you have a injuries🎉 to your props you have uncontested scrums see what happens then
