I couldn't say for certain on that one. My guess would be not a noticeable difference, but the Twin Cities metro would certainly have more resources to getting the roads cleared more quickly. I do know the more rural areas with less homes will get blowing snow drifts that can affect people and shut down highways, but that happens in any part of the state with fewer homes and more open landscape.
Hey Jawon! Unfortunately I really don't work with rentals, just purchases. I'm sure there should be some available on Apartments .com and other similar sites.
