im 13 year old i have a big motivation of workout i like to workout but i have all of my fat in my belly and little bit on wrists what excercise i do (my mom dad also have fat there)
Bro i want to know about maingaining like i want to share my story i was 140 kg obese but the thing is i had alot of muscle under all that fat but i wanted to lose weight what my trainer did was he made me do cardio for 3 hours and after ten months i lost alot of bodyweight but not that much fat like only 6 to 7 percent i lost a lot of muscle and water weight now i have loose skin but now i completely realized that why cardio is more supplemental for fat loss and weight training is better after 2 months more on calorie deficit i lost 4 to 6 kgs but all that was fat now i am at 71 kgs i want to maingain like losing fat and building muscle i want to you to explain me better what is maingaining
Great point here champ. Doing cardio is more supplemental for fat loss indeed. The foundation for fat loss progress is being in a calorie deficit with nutrition AND lifting weights. "Maingaining" basically refers to eating around maintenance calories and training hard in the gym. You will typically be able to build some muscle while maintaining your current body fat percentage.
