I really like the layout of this video, it helps me understand how this fantastic "machine" that I have in front of me at the moment works. Watching what you do, what menus you enter and the results is a perfect tutorial to start having fun. Thanks and I hope to watch more "MPC 37" videos.. Good work!
SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH - Like It! Something DIFFERENT than the typical trap and whatever offerings. Love the way it slowly but surely got pieced together. Ha I'm not a rapper but I could see some LIFE INSPIRING introspective story telling type of rap over top of that. But NICE listen lyrics anything or not. A lot of the other demos TIRED ME but this one I will drop back by and listen again as it was relaxing as well. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS!
Thanks for making this video - waiting for my 37 to arrive, and your process showed me a few things I wasn't sure about (e.g. is it ok to use different tracks for different drum parts, copy and paste stuff and more). Thank you very much! :)
You gained another subscriber --> Me. I was very excited and ready to buy the MPC Key 37 but I had a shock when I noticed that it only has 2 GB of RAM, that made me give up. Do you think 2GB is enough? I've never had an MPC. Thank You.
I think it depends on how much processing that you would use when you are making beats. The keyboard is limited to a certain amount of plug-ins you can use in standalone🤔 but if you have a computer and you use the software with the keyboard… now you have more power to work with depending on your computers, processing power. So there are workarounds 🤷♂️ Super thanks for watching‼️
@@whennatecreate I'll pass this one. I wanted a portable MPC capable of producing music without the need to use computers. RAM is very cheap these days. AKAI placed 2 GB with the intention of selling many more with 4 GB in a while. My first IPAD 2 from 2010 has 2 GBytes too. Based on AKAI's behavior, 8 GB will only be available in the year 2044. I'm not playing that game. It's ridiculous.
@@whennatecreate I have a question, how do I get my audio to go live like that? I’ve been trying to do tutorials like this, but I need to go live with the audio.
I’m not sure what programs some people are using to go live with audio. So far my videos are pre-recorded, and then upload to RU-vid. I will be looking into it soon because I have been considering going live on RU-vid. If you find out before I do, let me know🎯
