I visited Celtic Park to watch Celtic Women v Glasgow City Women in the SWPL. I got invited to be a VIP! What an experience! My Social Media: INSTAGRAM: / footy.adventures TWITTER: / the_sam_north #celtic #football #glasgow
You deserve VIP access to all grounds Sam. You promote all levels of the game with the same enthusiasm. Keep up the brilliant work. Really enjoy your vlogs and learn so much about teams I had never heard of.
Well deserved. Your blogs have done so much to lift the profile of teams from all leagues in Scotland and especially the lower leagues. Same can be said about other federations leagues that you blog on. Love your channel. Keep up the great work.
The first game Liverpool played after the Hillsborough Disaster was against Celtic in a friendly. If you can find it online it will leave you in tears. Both sets of fans sang “you’ll never walk alone” the players had to stop play…..
you walk that fine line of Scottish footy perfectly. Maybe not knowing quite how fine the line is makes it easy. Genuine excitement about ALL Scottish football and fans from every team can see it. 👍
Was good to hear Zander Murray speaking about the Bonnyrigg match last weekend. It was a big crowd and a fantastic atmosphere, although for me it was disappointing that Elgin lost but you could see how much staying up in League 2 meant to the Bonnyrigg fans and they deserved their win on the day.
I was born in Glasgow but loved in England most of my life, iv supported Celtic all my life and I even I can't believe the atmosphere, we love everyone in the Celtic family, hail hail
Green Brigade, Bhoys Celtic, North curve Celtic and a few other ultra fanbases chanting away is top drawer. Thickest songbook in world football, loud and proud. Really hope Jock stein stand will be all standing. Place will be rocking..
Im really glad your channel is going from strength to strength. What you do for and how you cover Scottish football as a whole is unmatched....You put even the big broadcasters to shame........Thanks from a Celtic fan... Oooooohhhh Fooooty Adventures..😀⚽🥇👏
Was in the Celtic end last night and have to say it was absolutely incredible. On a normal game day or European nights it would make the place a fortress again
Yea, the old jungle was utterly amazing!! And huge. I've always felt that the new stadium never had that huge collection of noise, it was like a beating heart in the jungle. Tonight's game is a great example of having a much bigger sound that never stops. Excellent. I hope their plans are successful and it happens.
Makes me grin ear to ear seeing this kind of support behind the womens game and looking how far it has come in the last decade. Got tickets to the womens world cup and keen as to live this for myself soon!
By far the best channel on RU-vid covering the Scottish game Sam. For a one man show you deliver some real quality content, never boring always informative and of course always capturing the atmosphere in our game. From the lower leagues to the very top it doesn’t matter Sam you do it justice. More power to yer elbow son 💪🏼😉 🍀💚🍀
SAM FOR HEAD OF SFA !!!Belter of a video Sam 👏 It was a great night ( i was in stand not vip lol i wouldn't have it any other way) Superb atmosphere and the ghirls done us proud again 💪🍀 Thanks as always for your dedication to our Scottish game unlike the MSM &SFA
Nice little interview with the pub version of Jota at 6:50😂 All jokes aside, what an amazing club Celtic is. Went there for the first time in september for the derby and Madrid at home, can't wait to get back there before the end of the year👊
Followed you for a while now and avid Celtic fan - but I must say thats the most refreshing video you have made bud, liked the wee slight background cameo from Si Ferry 😂 he no wanting on camera? Ha
It was great to see Natasha from a Celtic state of Mind on the vlog Sam and Jamie from 20 minute Tim's too you really have moved to a different level Sam you really do a fantastic job on Scottish football Sam keep up your great Work 💪👌👍😁
Shame about some of the negative comments as this was a great way to promote the woman's game and not Celtic FC. Good shout for the lower leagues during the interviews, and the suggestion to include women's games in the season ticket is worth considering by the club.
Promoting the Celtic End and helping the girl's team while they do that. A win win. Why doesn't the club stick an extra £20 on every season ticket and have the ladies home games on the season tickets? It could help in any CL Campaign.
I think that day is coming, but I would be surprised if it was just a £20 up charge. That’s only around £1 per game for the women’s team. Realistically they’d need it to be something on the order of £50-100 to make it work, and even then it would have to be mandatory for all season ticket buyers. Need to remember that playing at Celtic Park comes with increased matchday costs, and letting fans in for £1 or less likely doesn’t even cover the added costs even if it’s a full house.
Enjoy your videos but unlike most other commenters I’m not going to wax lyrical about you being in a VIP box at this game. Your videos are at their best when highlighting fan experience, in amongst the nitty gritty at games etc. Last night was the biggest ultra section that’s been seen in Scotland, a project that had the vast majority of Celtic fans buzzing and fans from plenty of other teams, not just in Scotland, interested to see how it worked out. You being in the stands, even another stand, properly highlighting the match and the resultant atmosphere would’ve made for a far better video.
Even supporting the womens game now and he’s sipping on an irn bru at every opportunity. You’re gunning for a pass to sit on our mountains when England goes underwater lad 😉
I am desperate for the Celtic end, after going to a few games this year and listening to the disconnect between the two groups of supporters singing different songs, it can be heard pretty vividly from where I am and didn't really give as much of an impact as when everyone was in unison.
I bet they’d get that end they want if they got season tix to the women as well in the deal. Might not be realistic for all supporters but if enough can maybe that’s how they convince the club.
@Footy Adventures first of all: you HAVE TO COME TO THE IPL ( ISRAELI PREMIER LEAGUE) beitar Jerusalem game, if you want to see one of the best fan bases in the world, and a FANTASTIC! ATMOSPHERE. if you have any plans to come to London between: 26.10 and 30.10, please, let me know. I'm from Israel and I want to meet you so much.... btw, the premier league fixtures draw will take place at 15.6 and the efl fixtures draw will take place at 22.6.
Been saying this for years that woman's football is technically better on one on one's ....! However, injection of pace and set pieces as well as power behind a shot on goal...needed to improve! But now it seam's to be vastly improving in those previous mentioned areas of concern? Now shot's on goal are with real Presidion and accuracy resulting in top quality goals as well as a real injection of pace. Which was previously lacking....But not now! Every match that is previously played the Ghirls seem to use those previous games played well within! As an incentive to excel and keep developing. I'm not being condescending as when in my teens we would all line up to start picking teams of players to paly against each other with coat jackets as goal posts. Young teenaged lads were sent away as they didn't cut the grade......? However, some of the teenaged lads sisters made the teams and were really, really good players. A player is a player....no matter the gender!
Harry actually said "walking away". Something he himself did when his club died😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Incidentally ,have you seen the new sponsorship deals Celtic have signed ,on the back of a possible treble ? Or were you too busy talking about "court cases" on social media and/or FF 🤔
